The MCB-2XT is equipped with two sealing units, allowing two parallel straps to be applied simultaneously along the corrugations. This ensures optimum product protection over long transport distances without slowing the strapping process. The auto set-up function ensures that the machine is automatically aligned after the first bundle. After the straps have been applied and sealed with heat welding, the bundles are conveyed by a special pusher system on an outfeed table.
